  • Bank fees and transaction costs associated with refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Options

  • Refunds are issued after confirmation with both the customer and management.
  • Refunds can be converted to store credit, which remains valid for 1 year from the original rental or event date. This credit can be applied toward future rentals or events.
  • Bank-related refunds may take additional processing time depending on the financial institution.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

  • Refunds for cancellations will follow the refund process outlined above.

No-Refund Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued for same-day cancellations, late returns, or damaged equipment caused by customer negligence.

Bank and Transaction Fees
