1. Rental Agreement

1.1. All rentals are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Wow Party Rental management.

1.2. Rentals are intended for temporary use only. Customers are responsible for the proper care and return of all equipment.

1.3. Any damage, loss, or misuse of rented equipment will be charged to the customer at the full replacement or repair cost.

2. Payment Policy

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.2. Customers are responsible for all transaction and bank fees associated with refunds or cancellations.

2.3. In case of late payments, additional charges may apply as determined by management.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. Refunds and cancellations must be confirmed with both the customer and management.

3.2. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus applicable bank fees and transaction costs.

3.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

4.1. Wow Party Rental is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the misuse of rented equipment.

4.2. Customers must ensure that all equipment is used safely and in compliance with the provided instructions.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1. Wow Party Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
